Combine the ginger, garlic, Korean pepper paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sesame oil, pepper, rice wine vinegar, and lemon
Add the mix to the chicken and marinate in the fridge for 2 hours. The longer the better. If you don't have time, 30 mins will still be ok.
15 mins before cooking, light up your charcoal.
Once charcoal has turned white, tip in into the grill and place grill plate on top.
Add the chicken to the grill and baste it with the remaining sauce.
Turn the chicken a few times to avoid burning.
After 20-25 mins of cooking remove from the grill
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and parsley
